高职院校土木专业复合型人才的培养要适应“一专多能”的要求,培养土木专业复合型人才要调整优化高职教育资源配置,完善培养计划,体现能力培养,提高教师素质,加强科学管理.
In the higher vocational college, the cultivation of multi-competent talents majoring in civil engineering should meet the demand of ＂expert in major and good at others＂. It is essential to optimize the allocation of resources in higher vocational college in order to perfect training plans, educate students＇ abilities, improve teachers＇ quality and strengthen scientific management.
