摘要
目的观察肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法使用兰州生物研究所生产的肉毒杆菌毒素,稀释后注射于痉挛部位。结果短期治愈(49.4),显效73例(42.9%),有效13例(7.7%)。结论肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑痉挛等症状有明显疗效,可反复多次注射。
Objectve To observe the curaive effect of Botulinum toxin treatment for blepharospasm. Methods Using the Botlinum texin from lanzhou lnstitnte of Biology,inject the spasmodic position after dilution. Results 84 cases were short-term cure. 73 cases had responses. 13 cases were in effect. Conclusion Botulinum toxin treatment showed obvious curative effect for blepharospasm, and the treatment could be used more than one time.
