摘要
目的探讨退变性腰椎滑脱手术及术后的康复治疗。方法应用经后路减压加椎弓根内固定植骨融合术,治疗退变性腰椎滑脱30例,术后按康复计划进行治疗。结果术后23例滑脱完全复位,7例滑脱无明显复位,但患者症状亦有明显改善。30例经6个月￣24个月随访,治疗改善率为87%,无椎弓根钉断裂及滑脱加重。结论该方法效果满意,术中重点在减压和融合,术后有计划的康复有利于功能早日恢复。
Objective To investigate into the method of operation and rehabilitation for degenerative spondylotisthesis. Methods 30 eases of degenerative spondyh,listhesis were treating with decompression, combined with posterior spine instrumentation and bone grafe for spine fusion, they were treating with rehabilitation after operation, Results The postoperative results showed that 23 patients obtained anatomical relocation, 7 cases were unreduced ,30 eases were followed-up ranging from 6-24 month ,the good rates of thnctional outcome was 87%,there was no the fracture of pedical screw, neither the hardware of spondylolisthesis. Conclusion the result is satisfactory, decompression and fusion are essential, rehabilitation after operation is benefit for restoration.
