摘要
目的了解口服重组 B 亚单位/菌体霍乱菌苗(肠溶胶囊)在服用后的不良反应,为其推广应用提供科学依据。方法选择天津国际旅行卫生保健中心体检并进行霍乱预防接种人员798人,全程口服重组 B 亚单位/菌体霍乱菌苗,观察服药后的副作用。结果没有严重副作用发生,服药后的副作用均为一过性的腹痛、腹泻、头晕等,总副作用发生率为0.75%。结论口服重组 B 亚单位/菌体霍乱菌苗副作用发生率低,无严重副反应发生,可以考虑在适当人群中推广应用。
Objective Observe the side-effects of oral cholera rBS-WC vaccine（Enteric-coated capsule） and provide evidence for using and popularizing the vaccine. Methods 798 people of travelers need physical examination and Cholera vaccination in Tianjin International Travel Healthcare Center were selected as sample. The side-effects were observed after they took the oral cholera vaccine. Results All of the side-effects after taking the oral cholera vaccine were mild, such as bellyache, diarrhea and dizzy. The total rate of side-effect was 0.75%. Conclusion Because the rate of side-effect of oral cholera vaccine was very low and no severe side-effect happened, the oral cholera vaccine can be popularized in proper population.
