摘要
因建设工程本身的固有特性即存在有目的性、独特性和一次性,一个建设工程项目实施过程中的造价控制也因上述原因而各有差别,但对工程造价整体实施动态的、事先的、主动的造价控制依然必不可少,同时为保证上述控制实施的有效性,采取相应的管理方式亦必不可少。
For the intrinsic attributes of construction project of itself, that is the purposefulness, independence and once property, the cost control of a construction project is different for the cause of said above. While the implementing, prior and active cost control is indispensable. Meantime, to ensure the effective implementation of the cost control said above, it is absolutely necessary to adopt the corresponding management pattern.
