摘要
油气田开发过程中,腐蚀是自始至终存在的严重问题,引起腐蚀的因素很多,其中CO2腐蚀最为突出。文中综述了油气井中的CO2腐蚀,对影响腐蚀速率的一些主要因素作了较详细的介绍,同时也给出了腐蚀速率预测公式,最后,提出了CO2腐蚀的控制手段,对油气井中的腐蚀研究具有一定的参考价值。
Corrosion is a serious problem existent in the course of the oil and gas field development. There are many factors to cause the corrosion, of which the CO2 corrosion is more serious. The CO2 corrosion in oil and gas well has been summarized in this paper. Some main factors of influencing the corrosion rate have been introduced. At the same time, the predictive formula of the corrosion rate has been given. Finally, the controlling methods of the CO2 corrosion have been offered. This paper has a certain referential value in the corrosion study of the oil and gas well.
