摘要
目的探讨颅内巨大动脉瘤的外科治疗效果。方法分析13例巨大颅内动脉瘤的治疗效果。结果恢复优良4例,中残1例,重残6例,死亡2例。结论对于巨大颅内动脉瘤,手术和栓塞同样具有难度,多学科的协作将有助于提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of giant intraeranial aneurysms. Method The therapeutic effects were analyzed in 13 eases of giant intraeranial aneurysms. Results The good prognosis was achieved in 4 eases, moderate disability was in 1 ease, seriously disability was found in 6 ease and 2 died. Conclusion Either surgical clipping or endovaseular treatment of giant aneurysms is very difficult to operate, The cooperation of multiple departments is helpul to increase the effects of the treatment.
