摘要
信息法学是一门新兴的学科,在其研究起源上有不同的见解。本文在深入研究已有文献的基础上,详细阐述了信息法学研究的起源基础,并对信息法学的研究对象、研究内容及研究任务做了论述。
Information law science is a new discipline. There are different points in respect of research origin. Based on present literature, this paper gives detailed explanation. And the paper expounds research objects, contents and task in information law science.
