The Application of Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Aphasia Studies

摘要 传统观点认为,失语症是皮质语言中枢损害的结果。但是,随着影像学技术的发展,尤其是弥散张量成像和纤维追踪技术的出现,人们发现皮质下白质也参与了语言过程,并在失语症中起着重要作用。 The traditional ideas consider that aphasia is caused by the damage of conical language center. However, with the development of imaging techniques, especially the appearance of diffusion tensor imaging and tractography, it is found that subcortical white matter also participates in the language course and plays an important part in aphasia.
