摘要 各种感染性疾病日益严重地威胁着人类的健康,虽然新的抗生素不断被发现,但是随之而来的细菌耐药性也日益增强,新型抗感染药物的开发日趋显得重要。抗菌肽是在诱导条件下,由动植物产生的一类分子质量在4 ku左右的免疫多肽。它具有较小的分子质量,良好的耐热性和较小的抗原性,且具有广泛的抗菌活性。某些抗菌肽还具有抗病毒、抗真菌及抑制癌细胞生长的作用。因此,抗菌肽有望发展成为一种新型抗菌药和抗肿瘤药物,对人类健康将产生深远的影响。 Nowadays all kinds of infectious illness seriously threat human. More and more antibiotics are developed. But in the recent years strains of microorganisims resisting common antibiotics appeared. The new antimicrobial drugs become more and more important to us. Antibacterial peptides are important and small molecular immune proteins in cell-free immunity of plants and animals. They have small molecular mass, good thermostability and antigenicity. They have broad spectrum-antibacterial activity. Some of them are active against some viruses, fungi and cancer cell lines, and harmless to human normal cells. Recently, some reports on cancer cell lines make people more interested in them. It is possible that antibacterial peptides may become new antibacterial and antitumoral drugs.
