摘要
目的:探讨近10年综合医院会诊-联络精神病学的演变趋势。方法:分别比较1994年、1999年及2004年综合医院精神科向非精神科患者提供会诊的科室、诊断及治疗方案。结果:请精神科会诊的科室:妇产科减少,神经科增加,其它科室没有明显差异。会诊后的诊断:器质性精神障碍(包括脑器质性精神障碍和躯体疾病伴发精神障碍)及焦虑症呈现逐年增加趋势,应激相关障碍呈现递减趋势。会诊后的治疗方案:转入精神科治疗及未经精神科治疗的比例减少,抗精神病药物及抗抑郁药使用呈现上升趋势,安定类药物应用无明显变化。结论:综合医院内精神科会诊已经演变为以器质性精神障碍为主,会诊后的治疗方案也变为在非精神科应用精神科的药物。
Objective： To analyze the status and changes of psychiatric consultation in one general hospital in past 10 years. Methods： The rate of diagnosis and therapy of psychiatric consultation were analysed in year 1994, 1996 and 2004. Results： The main reason of consultation was psychotic symptoms caused by organic mental disorders. Organic mental disorders in 2004 were significantly more than in 1994 and in 1999. Antipsychotics and antidepressants usage in non-psychiatric departments became from 1994 to 2004. Trans-department was gradually decreasing in past 10 years. Conclusion： The organic mental disorders was the main cause of psychiatric consultation, thus the following treatment of antipsychotics and antidepressants in non-psychiatric departments became common.
