An Experimental Investigation of Measuring Magnetic Coercivity of 1JHA4Y Material with Regression Method

摘要 为了解决传统冲击法测量矫顽力时存在的操作复杂及数据处理量大、耗时长的问题.采用多元回归法处理冲击法测量数据.建立磁化电流与磁感应强度间的数学模型,简化了测量操作同时可快速处理实验数据.实验结果表明:矫顽力测量误差小于2%.用多元回归方法处理矫顽力测量数据,可以实现对1JHA4Y材料矫顽力的快速测量. It has long been demanded to reduce the testing time of samples and to operate apparatus easily. The data of experiment could be transacted with regression method. The function of magnetic current I and magnetic induction B can be setup. This model could be used in the testing of specimen coercive force. The coercive force of samples of 1JHA4Y has been tested correctly and quickly with this model. The testing error is below 2% .
