摘要
针对DF7型机车车载微机(或者电子恒功率调节器)出现故障时改用故障励磁控制系统的固定励磁电流存在的缺陷,提出改用故障恒功励磁器方案,介绍了故障恒功励磁器原理,给出了水阻试验和正线试车情况,表明故障恒功励磁器可保障机车安全稳定牵引运行。
The program of failure excitation unit with constant power is proposed as a solution for the defects due to the fixed excitation current of failure excitation control system put into operation in case of failure of on-board microcomputer (or electronic adjuster with constant power). The principle is introduced for the failure excitation unit with constant power. The water resistance test results and trial operation show that the excitation unit could ensure the safe and stable running of the locomotive.
