摘要
论述了加工中心在线检测误差补偿方式、机床误差建模的国内外研究动态、提出了基于多体理论的机床误差建模方法,并根据实验结果,得出在线检测误差补偿可以提高检测精度的结论。
The dissertation deals with one of the most important techniques in computer aided on-hne mspectio--how to improve the inspecting accuracy in the NC machining center.First, the comprehensive analysis of the study of t on-hne inspecting system in NC machining centers. Second, According to the error analysis, the machine error is an important factor to influence the inspecting accuracy. So, according to the error analysis theory of MBS, the compensation of machine error model is built up. Third, experiments prove the inspecting accuracy is improved greatly.
