摘要
主要介绍在区域创新系统研究中涌现的新视角:区域学习和学习型区域。此外,还介绍了学习型区域的支撑要素—社会资本,指出社会资本是区域创新系统的核心竞争力,并解释了硅谷社会关系网络中社会资本对于硅谷竞争力的重要性。
The article introduces the new perspective in RIS research： regional learning and learning region. Then introduces the supporting factor--social capital, points out that social capital is the core competence of RIS, and illustrates the importance of social capital to silicon valley competence in social relationship network.
