摘要
根据机床的实际情况,简化了有限元分析的实体模型,建立了机架力学模型,应用三维有限元方法对其进行应力应变分析,找到了机床的薄弱部位―拉杆,得到了一些规律性结论,在65KN轧制力作用下机架伸长率为0.01%。通过与理论分析结果和实际情况的比较发现,模拟分析的结果符合实际,分析结论对设计过程有指导作用。对带预应力装配结构的有限元分析问题有借鉴作用。
According to the actual circumstance of the machine the entity model is simplified, and a mechanical framework model is built up. The 3D finite element analysis method is used to analysis the stress and strain, to found out the weak part, it is tension bolt. Under the load of 65kN, the extension percentage of the framework is 0.01%. The conclusions agree with the actual theory analysis result and actual circumstance. They may guide the design process of the machine. The analysis method has the reference value to finite element analysis of prestressing assembly structure.
