摘要
IT产业是个智力密集型的产业,企业的发展与人的创造性劳动密不可分。从IT企业的主要产品———软件产品的生命周期曲线来看,IT企业的人力资源配置在产品的各个阶段呈现出一种时序分布。建立与IT产品生命周期相匹配的研发人员配置模型,对于解决IT企业产品发展过程中人力资源投入的适时性、动态性和协调问题。具有重要的现实意义。
IT industry is a densely intellectual industry. The development of a corporation cannot be separated from individual's creative working. From the life circle of the main product of IT industry - software, we can see that the collocation of human resource in IT industry presents to be scheduling distributed at each stage of the life circle. To establish a model that matches the collocation of researcher and IT products' life circle, we can solve the problems, such as the timing, dynamic and correspond of human resource devotion, caused in the process of products' development.
