摘要
Peng柑果实在受内伤后的瞬间,其呼吸强度,内源乙烯放量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性均显著提高,24内高于对照果水平,5kg压力压伤的果实其生理反应比3kg压力压伤的果实要强。
The respiration rate, ethylene production and the activity of phenylalaminase(PAL)in-creased significantly in ponkan fruit(Citrus reticulata Blanco) following compressive stress,and maintained at higher levels than in control fruit within 24h after treatment.The physio-logical responses to pressure of 5kg are stronger than those of 3kg.
