摘要
使用较廉价的化肥尿素、KCl和普钙取代从国外引进的CFTRI培养基配方中较昂贵的商品纯级化学药品NaNO_3,K_2SO_4和K_2HPO_4来培养螺旋藻,试验结果表明,与原配方相比,不但可降低培养成本,而且提高了螺旋藻的净光合速率、生长速度、生物量和蛋白质含量。
Cheaper chemical fertilizer urea, Kcl and ordinary surperphosphate were uded to cultivate Spirulina instead of more expersive commercial-pure chemicals NaNO_3、K_2SO_4 and K_2HPO_4 which are components of CFTRl medium compound introduced from abroad. The experimentalresults showed: compared with the old-type compound, the new-type compound not ouly de-creased its cost, but also increased the net photosynthetic rate, growth speed, organism outputand protein contens of spirulina.
