摘要
研究表明,将占总量1/3左右的氮、钾肥在始穗期施用,可促进两系杂交稻N31S/P40 ̄(14)C-光合同化物从剑叶的输出和向稻穗的分配,尤其是灌浆中后期向穗下部枝梗籽粒的分配。始穗期追氮钾肥可降低叶片中淀粉的含量,促进剑叶碳水化合物在夜间的降解,提高叶片中蔗糖磷酸合成酶和胞质果糖-1,6-二磷酸酯酶的活性。
Pot experiment showed that top-dressing nitrogen and potassium accounting for one third totalamount at the ihitial heading stage, could promote the  ̄(14)C- photoassimilate exporting from flag leaf and distributing to panicle, porticularly distributing to the kernels of low-primary branches during the nud-late ripenirlg stage of the two-line hybrid N31S/P40.Top-dressing at the initial headingstage could also reduce the content of starch in flag leaf, accelerate the bresk down of carbohydrate offlag leaf in nighttime, increase the activity of sucrose phocphate synthase and cytoplasmic fructose-1, 6 - bisphesphatase in the extracts of flag leaf.
