摘要
从农村土地制度创新的现实问题的角度出发,以分析农村土地流转制约因素为切入点,对我国农村土地制度变迁中的一些问题进行了不同角度的研究。结果表明,走农户合作化道路是我国农村现阶段农业生产组织方式变迁的最优制度选择。
This thesis studies the actual problems of reform of agricultural land institution as a starting point, takes restriction factors in the transition of agricultural land as the analytical point, carries out a study on the change of agricultural land institution from different angles. At last, it reaches the conclusion that peasantry cooperation is the best institution change choice for agricultural production and organization.
