摘要
论述了三刷刮水电动机高速运行时的工作原理，推导了高速运行时电动机感应电势与电磁转矩的公式，讨论了电动机运行时电枢反应对电动机性能的影响。三刷刮水电动机的移刷角度越大，其高低速运行的空载转速之比亦越大，且机械特性亦越软。
On the basis of expounding working principles of backdraught device in wiper moter,to use the backdraught in wiper motor counting and speed measuring are planed.Using the counting meter,we can test the life of 12 V and 24 V motors after counting the rotating circles of output gears.The rolating speed measuring of gear axle can be used in the final test on production line to improve the quality of products.
