摘要
教育规制是一个艰苦的教育法制过程,既需要社会各界的广泛支持,更需要广大教育工作者的共同努力。与西方发达国家相比,我国在教育法制建设上还有大量工作要做。本文分析了我国教育法制建设的基本现状,从办学主体、学校地位、办学自主权、教育资源配置、受教育权等方面分析了规制的原因及应采取的措施。
Educational regulation is a hard process of educational law system. It needs not only the broad supporting from every world of our society but also the effort from teaching staff together. There are a great number of work to do during building our national education law system comparing with the western. This paper has analyzed the basic situation of building our national education law system and the reasons and measures of educational regulation from the subjectivity of running school, the juristic status of school, the independent right of running school, the collocation of educational resource and the educational right.
