摘要
我国于2003年启动民族民间传统文化抢救与保护工程,2004年中国政府签字加入联合国教科文组织“保护非物质文化遗产公约”,近年正以强劲势头实施这一宏伟文化工程。本文就这一工程中的文化生态建设,按照我国非物质文化遗产不同项目的生存状况,分别阐述了相关文化生态的保护、修复和重建问题,提示人们应将文化生态建设置于保护工程的重要位置,着力实现“活水养活鱼”的科学目标。
Since the year 2003, China has started the project of the saving and protection of the national civil traditional culture. This assay, according to the different existing situation of the non-material heritage in China, respectively expounds some issues on the protection, restoration and re-building of the cultural ecology; also it points out that people should put the cultural ecology at the top of the protection projectlist.
