摘要
本文通过认识中学数学元认知训练的功能，介绍元认知技术在中学数学中的列方程解应用题、几何证明题中的应用，进而阐明在教学中如何培养中学数学元认知技术的能力。
This paper introduces the application of the metacognition technology in solving the applied problems by establishing equations and the proof of geometric problems in the middle school mathematics teaching by means of getting to know the function of metacognition and then illustrates how to foster the ability of the metacognition technology of mathematics in the mathematics teaching in middle schools.
