摘要
为掌握新疆高校教师的健商状况,通过对新疆480名高校教师进行健商调查测试。结果显示:汉族男、女教师总体健商水平随年龄增长逐渐上升;民族男、女教师总体健商水平随年龄增长呈现“马鞍型”变化趋势;女教师健商均值高于男教师;汉族教师高于民族教师。健商各维度的评分在不同民族、不同性别和年龄之间呈不均衡差异。
The author of this thesis investigates 480 teachers＇ HQ （Health Quotient） levels using questionnaire about HQ. They are from eight colleges in Xinjiang province. The result has shown that han teachers＇ overall HQ level increases gradually with the growth of age and minority teachers＇ overall HQ level prcsents variation curvc like saddle. The male teachers＇ HQ is lower than the female ones＇. Minority ones＇ overall HQ is lower than hans＇. The HQ marks of various index display unbalanced difference within different nations, different sex and different ages.
