藏族成人右手部分骨的X线测量与临床意义 被引量:1

X-ray Measurements of Partial Bones in the Right Hand of the Normal Tibetan Adults and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的为藏族人手外科的应用、掌指和指间关节假体的设计以及人类体质学调查提供解剖学资料和参考依据。方法随机选择健康藏族成人大学生68人(男35人,女33人),进行右手后前位X线摄片,分别测量各掌骨、近节和中节指骨轴的长度、轴中点处的左右径及髓腔长度、最窄处左右径及最窄处与相应骨末端的距离等,将所得数据通过SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果1.各骨轴长和中点处的左右径:除大拇指末节轴长以外,男性均大于女性,且有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2.各骨髓腔长度:示指中节性别间无显著性差异(P>0.05),小指中节女性显著大于男性(P<0.01),其余男性显著大于女性(P<0.01)。3.各骨髓腔最窄处的左右径:第Ⅱ、Ⅲ掌骨和大拇指末节女性显著大于男性(P<0.05),中指近节指骨性别间无显著性差异(P>0.05),其余男性显著大于女性(P<0.05)。4.骨髓腔最窄处与相应骨远端的距离:掌骨和大拇指近节指骨男性显著大于女性(P<0.05),其余骨女性显著大于男性(P<0.05)。结论本研究对藏族人手矫形外科选择最佳关节假体及内固定物均有指导意义。 Objective To provide anatomic data and information for the surgery of hand, the design of the metacarpophalangeal joint as well as the human physique investigation of the Tibetan people. Methods The right hands of 68 randomly selected healthy Tibetan college students (male: 35, female: 33)were taken X-ray films on posteroanterior position. The length of each metacarpal and phalanx (primary and second), the length of their medullary cavities, the diameter of their middle site, the diameter of the most stenosis in each bone measured and the distance between the most stenosis of the medullary cavities and the distal end of the bones were measured, respectively. All the data were calculated by SPSS software. Results 1. The axis length of the male bones (excluding the second phalanx of the thumb) measured and the diameter of their middle site were significantly longer than those of the female bones (P 〈 0.01 ). 2. There was no significant difference in the second phalanx cavities of the index fingers in the both sexes (P 〉 0. 05) . The second phalanx cavity of the female index finger was significantly larger than that of the male (P 〈 0.01) . The rest metacarpal and phalanx cavities of the male right hand were significantly larger than those of the female (P 〈 0.01) . 3. The diameter of the most stenosis of the Ⅱ, Ⅲ metacarpal and the second phalanx bone of the thumb in female was significantly longer than that of the male (P 〈 0.05) . There was no significant difference in diameter of the first phalanx of the middle fingers in the both sexes (P 〉 0.05) . The diameter of the most stenosis in the rest male metacarpophalangeal bones was significantly longer than that of the female (P 〈 0.05) . 4. The distance measured between the most stenosis of the metacarpal medullary cavities and its distal end in male was significantly longer than that of the female (P 〈 0.05) . And the distance in male was significantly longer than that of the female (P 〈 0.05) . But the distance of the other phalanx measured in female was significantly longer than that of the male (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion The present investigation is of great value for Tibetan people in surgery of their hands designing and metacarpophalangeal joint prosthesis.
