摘要
把26只大鼠分为高压氧暴露组(n=15)和常压对照组(n=11),3%伊文氏蓝溶液(0.1ml/40g体重)行腹腔内注射,经高压氧暴露后取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、十二指肠及胸大肌部分组织与对照组进行比色对照.结果示高压氧暴露组肺、胸大肌及心脏毛细血管壁通透性明显下降,分别为27.3%、37.5%和21.5%,肾、脑及十二指肠下降的程度较低,分别为19.1%、2.6%和6.1%,肝、脾毛细血管壁通透性反而增加,分别为0.03%和7.9%.上述实验结果对深入了解高压氧治疗机理具有重要意义.
26 rats were divided into two groups: one group of hyperbaric oxygen treatment (n = 15) and the other comparison (n = ll). The rat was injected with 3% solution of Evans Blue in abdominal cavity (0. 1ml/40g weight). We took part of the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, cerebrum, duodenum and ec-topectoralis of each rat. The two groups were compared with colorimetry. The permeability of capillary wall of the ectopectoralis, lung, heart decreased by 37. 5% , 27. 3% , 21. 5% separately. The permeability of capillary wall of the kidney, cerebrum, duodenum decreased by 19. 1%, 2. 6% and 6. 1% separately. But the permeability of capillary wall of the liver and spleen increased 0. 03% and 7. 9% separately. The results have much significance for understanding the mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
