摘要
电子文件的产生,网上信息资源的开发,档案数据库建设的规模化,使得我国档案信息化建设向着多元化方向发展,高校的档案网络信息化服务也作为一项系统工程逐渐展开。强化档案信息整合,加大主题、专题服务力度,建立电子阅览室,注重后续化服务以及建立档案网页,引进竞争机制,强化服务者水平等新举措,对于拓宽高校档案服务范围、优化服务手段、提高服务层次、开创档案信息服务新领域具有重要意义。
With the birth of electronic documents and the development of information resources, the scalization of archives databank building makes our country＇ s archive develop toward plural directions. Network informational service of archives in universities gradually develops as a systematic project. We should emphasize information integrity, intensify the service of themes, build electronic reading room, pay attention to later service, build archive website, introduce competition system and intensify the service level, which are of great importance to enlarge service targets, optimize service means, raise service level and open up new service fields.
