摘要
[目的]了解深圳口岸出入境人员中艾滋病感染情况和流行病学特征,为做好出入境人群的艾滋病监测和预防工作提供科学依据。[方法]对深圳口岸2003～2005年共154232名出入境人员传染病监测体检中HIV抗体阳性者的资料进行统计分析。[结果]从2003～2005年共检出HIV抗体阳性者27例；感染者以境外人员为主；感染的主要途径为性传播感染。[结论]深圳口岸的艾滋病感染者以境外来华工作人员为主。因此,应进一步加强对出入境人员的传染病监测体检工作,同时建立完善的出入境人员艾滋病干预制度。
Objective To find out the status and the epidemiology features of HIV infection among entry - exit personnels at Shenzhen port, and to provide references for the surveillance and prevention of HIV/AIDS. Methods The data of HIV infected among 154 232 entry - exit personnels at Shenzhen port between 2003 - 2005 was analyzed. Results 27 cases were HIV - antibody positive form 2003 to 2005, people infected with HIV were mainly form offshore personnel, and were mainly infected by sexual intercourse. Conclusion We should strengthen the surveillance and prevention of HIV/AIDS, and establish HIV/AIDS prevention and control mechanism.
