摘要
[目的]研究虫媒传染病输入风险评估方法。[方法]结合流行病学和传染病特征,运用系统工程学、运筹学、风险分析等科学原理和方法,采用多指标综合评估模式研究虫媒传染病输入风险评估的数学模型。[结果]建立了虫媒传染病输入风险评估指标体系和数学表达式。[结论]该评估方法可对1种或多种虫媒传染病进行输入风险评估,由评估值判断虫媒传染病输入风险程度。
Objective To study the risk of imported vector- diseases, obtain the factors which influent on the imported vector- diseases, and to establish Guidance for assessing risks of imported vector - borne disease. Method The rationale and ways of system engineering was used and risk of infectious diseases was analyzed through adopting the assessment pattern of multi - criteria. Result A criteria system and maths model for assessing risks of imported vector - borne disease was established. Conclusion The model and methodology of the system can provide the assessment to one or several imported vector- borne disease. The risk extent of imported vector- borne disease can be concluded by the assessment
