Domestic Sewage Treatment and Reuse Using Membrane Bioreactor

摘要 针对生活污水的特点,在小试基础上建成了膜生物反应器中水回用示范工程(24m3/d)。运行结果表明,出水浊度、BOD5、NH3-N、动植物油平均浓度分别为1.8 NTU、8.7 mg/L、1.69 mg/L、0.58 mg/L,出水无色无味,各项水质指标均优于《城市污水再生利用———城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)标准。膜及膜面凝胶层对稳定系统出水水质起到了决定性作用。 Based on the characteristics of domestic sewage and pilot-scale experimental operation, a demonstration project of membrane bioreactor (MBR) for domestic sewage treatment and reuse was established (24 m^3/d). Operation results show that the average concentration of turbidity, BOD5, NH3 - N and oil in the effluent are 1.8 NTU, 8.7 mg/L, 1.69 mg/L, and 0.58 mg/L, respectively. The effluent is colorless or odorless. The parameters of the effluent are better than the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920 -2002). Membrane and gel layer on the membrane surface are critical to the stabilization of effluent quality.
