摘要
现有著作对民初省议会大多只是简单涉及,谈不上研究。而相继发表的一些论文则对其做了深入研究。这些论文从五个角度对其进行了探讨:比较研究、全面展现、群体斗争、阶段论述、概括论述。针对民初省议会的研究,应该立足于现有的研究成果推陈出新,扬长避短,以求有新的突破。
The provincial parliament of the early Republic of China is simply included in the present work, but thorough research is shown in some theses published one after another over these years. These theses probed into it from five angles： the comparative study; complete exposition; the mass struggle; the periodical presentation; and the general discussion, In order to give impetus to the research into this subject, we should carry forward the good points and discard the shortcomings for new breakthrough.
