摘要
建设物流中心的首要问题是明确其建设的目标。定位准确的目标体系勾画出城市建设区域性物流中心的发展轨迹。南宁市区位优势明显,已具备建设区域性物流中心的基本条件。根据南宁市物流中心建设的现状及发展趋势,南宁市物流中心建设目标应逐步实现把南宁市建成广西区内物流中心城市、中国西南物流中心城市、中国—东盟自由贸易区的物流中心城市乃至全球性的物流中心城市。以此目标体系指导实践工作,实现南宁市物流中心建设的可持续发展。
The construction of the logistics center is a systems engineering. The accurate objectiveoriented system shows the outline of the development track of the regional logistics center in that city. Nanning, the capital of Guangxi province, with its distinct regional advantage, has already been equipped with the basic condition of constructing of regional logistics center. This paper deeply analyzes the present conditions of the logistics industry of Nanning city, formulates scientific objective- oriented system, and tells how to realize the construction objective of the logistics center step by step.
