摘要
针对电力企业在人才选拔过程中亟待定性与定量相结合、科学地确定选拔体系各项指标权重的实际情况,基于层次分析法在评价体系中优劣排序的理论做法,阐述了层次分析法在确定电力企业人才选拔体系的各项指标权重过程中的可行性和必要性,得到判断矩阵。通过实例验证,该方法能满足人才选拔的要求。
According to the current situation of talent selection of power enterprises, the application of AHP to the determination of index weights in talent selection is demonstrated.
