摘要
研制了以同步采样芯片MAX125为A/D采样芯片、定点DSP芯片TMS320F206为主处理器的低成本数据采集系统。该系统充分利用了MAX125采样精度高、高速同步工作的特点,使用运算速度较高的F206同时控制多片MAX125来达到多通道同步高速采样的目的。论文首先进行了系统的总体设计,然后重点进行了快速同步采集模块的硬件和软件设计,并对系统的同步采样率进行了分析;最后对该数据采集系统在实际工程中进行了应用,结果表明该系统在精度、采集速度和同步采样方面具有良好的性能,且结构简单,成本低廉,具有很好的应用前景。
In this paper, the low -cost data acquisition system that uses synchronous sampling chip MAX125 as A/D sampling chip and fixed - point DSP chip TMS320F206 as main processor is developed. In this system,the high precision, high speed and synchronization of MAX125 are fully used and 17206 with high- speed operation controls many MAX125 chips simultaneously to achieve multichannel, synchronous and high - speed sampling. In this paper first the overall design of the system is introduced with the focuse on the design of hardwares and softwares of high - speed synchronous modules. And the synchronous sampling rate is analyzed, lastly, this data acquisition system is employed in projects. And the result shows that this system is of fine performance in presition, high - speed and synchronous sampling plus its simple design and low cost. This system will have promising prospect.
