摘要
目的：观察一次性再接修复前牙断牙的临床效果。方法：对28例32颗前牙断牙行一次性再接修复，其中26颗行根管钉植入，6颗牙本质钉再接断冠，光固化复合树脂粘接固定修复，对其临床效果随访2年-6年。结果：根管钉植入有1颗断冠碎裂，1颗断冠脱落，1颗根管劈裂；牙本质钉植入有1颗断冠脱落。其余断牙再接修复后效果良好，成功率占96％，效果显著。结论：一次性再接修复前牙折断较常规治疗具有时间短，并发症少，效果理想等优点，值得在基层医院推广。
Objectiv： To observe disposable to repair preceding breaksing tooth clinical results. Methods： Repair disposably connect again the anterior tooth broken 32 examples 28 tooths, 26 root canal nail, 6 dental nail, glue and connect fixedly with composite resin, up to visiting 2-6 years. Results： Root canal nail was planted into 1 tooth precededs crackedly, 1 tooth precededs loose, 1 root crack; dental nail was planted into 1 tooth＂ precededs loose. Other results were good, the succeeding rate accounts for 96%. Conclusion： Repaie disposably connect again anterior tooth broken short time, complication lacked, result was ideal worth popularizing it in the basic unit hospital.
