摘要通过对Google公司开发的世界上第一个全球化虚拟数字图书馆(Googleprint)进行运行分析和评价,深入探讨了数字图书馆在发展过程中所遭遇到的著作权问题,并且提出了解决数字图书馆著作权保护的方法和措施。 By an analyzing of the operational model of Google print, the paper has discussed the issues of copyright in the development of digital library. And it also takes effective measures to solve the copyright problems of digital library.
