基于混沌蚂蚁群算法的PID控制器的参数整定 被引量:22

摘要 将蚂蚁混沌动力学、群组织和优化机制进行巧妙的结合,本文给出了一种基于群智能理论的新的优化方法,即混沌蚂蚁群算法CAS。同时采用该方法对PID控制器的参数进行了整定,它以误差积分型性能指标为目标函数、以设计参数的取值范围及最小增益和相位裕度为约束条件,建立了优化数学模型,数值结果显示采用混沌蚂蚁群算法的整定性能要优于采用遗传算法整定的性能。同时本文的方法由于不需要采用编码过程,因此比采用遗传算法的辨识方法要简练。 Based on the theory of swarm intelligence, a novel optimization method, called chaotic ants swarm (CAS)was developed, which incorporates the chaotic dynamics of ant, swarm organization and optimization principles. The proposed method was used for PID controller parameter tuning. Using this method, the optimization model was established, within which the objective function is the error integral performance index, the constraints are the ranges of the designing parameters, the least gain and phase margin. The simulation results show the tuning performance of the proposed CAS method is better than that of the genetic algorithm. The proposed method is simpler than genetic algorithm since it does not need coding process.
