摘要
本文用理论分析、数值模拟计算和实验研究的方法研究了双流束旋翼式热量表基表的性能;计算采用标准K-ε模型,通过计算,模拟显示了基表内部的三维速度场及压强场;比较了在基表的叶轮室底座上添加分流片前后的流场差异;根据力矩平衡原理求出了叶轮在不同流量下的转速,并得到了基表的流量与叶轮转速以及基表前后压损的关系。实验结果验证了数值计算的可靠性,对相关研究有较好的指导和借鉴作用。
The characteristic of two-jet rotary wing heat meter was studied by theory analysis, numerical simulation and experiment validation. The standard K-ε turbulence model was used in computation. Through simulation the 3-D velocity and pressure fields were displayed. The flow field difference before and after the setup of the splitter on the meter was compared. Based on the theory of moment balance, the velocities of the vane wheel under different flux were calculated, and the relationship among the flux, vane wheel velocity and the pressure loss was also obtained. The experimental result verifies the credibility of the numerical simulation. The result of the study is a good reference for related research.
