摘要 利用光电二极管测量采集液晶显示器不同灰度变化时的响应曲线的电路设计方案。针对液晶显示器不同灰度时对光电采集系统精度的要求,对光电二极管性能、前置级放大电路的稳定性、减小噪声等方面的作了详细分析,提出了具体的设计方案,并进行了实验,采集到的响应曲线真实反映了LCD发出的光随时间变化的过程,为进一步分析运动伪像提供了有效手段。结果表明该设计稳定可靠,满足测量精度的要求。 A photo-detection circuitry has been successfully designed for LCD response waveform acquisition. To making a precise measurement under different grayscale, the performance, the stability compensation of preamplifier and reduction for noise are described and analyzed. A suitable circuitry on the LCD response waveform acquisition is proposed and established. The acquisitive waveform shows the relation between the light from LCD and time, and this also provides the feasible research methods for the further research on motion artifacts. The results are proven that the circuitry is reliable and met the requirement of measurement.
