低频调制中频电流佐治脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察低频调制中频电刺激肩关节周围稳定肌对脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位的复位是否有增加复位率的作用。方法将47例脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位患者随机分为2组,2组均采用常规康复训练治疗肩关节半脱位,其中一组并用低频调制中频电刺激肩关节周围稳定肌运动点,每点刺激10min,休息10min,再刺激10min,每日1次。4周后对治疗效果进行评定。结果低频调制中频电并常规康复训练组复位率(66.67%)明显高于常规康复训练组(30.43%)(P<0.05)。结论低频调制中频电刺激肩关节周围稳定肌能够增加脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位的复位率。 [objective] To observe the effect of low-frequency modulated mid-frequency electricty stimulating the stable muscles around the shoulder of stroke patients with the shoulder subluxation early on restoration rate. [Methods] The 47 stroke patients with shoulder subluxation early were randomly divided into two groups (control group 23,cure group 24). The routine recovery training was used to treat shoulder subluxation for two groups. The moving points of the stable muscles around the shoulder were stimulated with the low-frequency modulated mid-frequency electricty for cure group. Each point had stimulated for 10 min and rest for 10 min, again had stimulated for 10 rain and once a day. Evaluating the cure effects after 4 weeks. [Results] The restoration rate in the cure group (66.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (30.43%) (P 〈0.05), [Conclusion] The restoration rates of the early shoulder subluxation in the stroke patient may be increased by stimulating the stable muscles around shoulder with low-frequency modulated mid-frequency electric stimulation
