火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钼、铋精矿中的银 被引量:1

DETERMINATIONS OF SILVER IN MOLYBDENUM AND BISMUTH CONCENTRATES WITH FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY

摘要 在火焰原于吸收光谱法测定低含量银的方法中,所用测定介质有硫脲、氨水、盐酸和王水。本文在选择酸性介质时,就酸类及酸度、共存离子对测定的影响、工作曲线线性范围和标准回收等方面作了条件试验,确定了最佳盐酸酶度20%(V/V),工作曲线范围0~3μg/ml(银的质量浓度在此范围内符合比耳定律)和仪器工作条件。回收率98~102%,测定范围W(Ag)5~1500μg/g(仪器无背景校工装置),灵敏度0.037μg/ml/1%H2O,检测限为0.012μg/ml,变异系数1.79%。 Media used in determinations of silver of low concentration with flame atomic absorption spectrometry are thiourea, aqua ammoniae, hydrochloric acid and aqua-regia. The influence of acid used,acidity,and coexisting ions on determinations have been studied under acidic mediums. The linear range of working curve, the standard recdvery etc. have been tested for various conditions. The best acidity of hydrochloric acid is found to be 20%(V/V),the range of working curve is 0-3μg/ml (the concentration of silver obeys Beer’s law in this range), and the working conditions of instruments are also determined. The recovery is 98~102%, the range of determination W(Ag) is 5~1500 μg/g (no back ground correction equipment for the instrument),sensitivity is 0.37 μg/ml/1% H2O, limit of determination is 0.012 μg/ml and the variation coefficient is 1.79%.
