介绍了海鸥3号渡船在采用爆炸复合的铝-钢复合连接条条件下进行铝台金上层建筑与钢结构的焊接情况;阐述了铝-钢复合连接条的材料性能,铝-钢连接的设计和铝-钢接头装配焊工艺中的三个问题.该船过渡接头的复台连接条尺寸与日本、法国相比.其截面大致是1:2:3.5,航行三年经受了风浪载荷考验.
The welding between aluminium alloy frame and steel structure for Hai-Ou-3 ship is introduced. The material charcateristics of aluminium-steeljoint .the design of aluminium-steeljoint and the assembly-welding procedure of aluminium-steeljoint are discussed ,too.
