摘要
介绍了300MW锅炉汽包壳体纵缝手工焊+埋弧焊焊接变形的规律及控制措施,以及300MW“W”火焰锅炉汽包壳体下降管手工焊角焊缝引起的整体挠曲变形和局部塌陷变形规律及控制措施.实践表明,反变形法和加支撑刚性固定是控制这种大型特厚壁结构焊接变形的有效方法.
The distortion pattem of longitudimal beam welded with SMAW plus SAW and complete bennding with local collapse caused by nozzle welds using SMAW process are introduced in the paper for 300MW steam drum, and the controlling methodsfor these problems are discussed, too. The practice have proved that the anti -distortion plus with rigid fixing are the effective measures for controlling the distortions of this huge welding structure.
