摘要
农村公共产品供给的严重缺失,已经成为制约农村经济社会发展的主要障碍。农村公共产品是公共产品的子集,除具有非排他性和非竞争性等公共产品的一般属性外,还有多样性等一些自身特征。从区域经济角度出发进行考察,我们发现农村公共产品还有规模度低、对中心城市依赖重等特征。应建立以各级公共产品中心地为依托、以规模经济为核心的农村公共产品供给新机制,促进社会主义新农村的建设。
The serious lack of rural public product supply has become the dominant obstacle ot developing rural economy ana society. The rural public product is one of public product, and it is diverse as well as non-exclusive and non-competitive like other public product. Besides this, we found out that it is little-scale and heavily depends on key cities from regional economy＇s view. This paper concluded that the new rural public product supply mechanism which is based on different levels of public product bases and focuses on large-scale economy should be established in order to promote new socialist countryside construction.
