摘要
结合长江流域的开发,探讨了东西部水利合作与流域开发的具体结合,从宏观角度即行政机构统一管理和微观角度即要素合作,工程项目合作和为实现可持续发展目标的合作来研究东西部区域水利合作的模式。
This article discuss about the specific combination model of hydraulic cooperation and river valley in perspective of macro administration and micro management in Yangtze River.
