摘要
本文介绍了一种结构光编码方法重构与测量物体表面三维坐标的三维轮廓系统。在世界坐标系中建立了结构光编码方法的数学模型,基于摄像机内外参数的标定方法,建立了一套三维轮廓重构与测量系统,并以典型样品为例,实现了三维轮廓重建。实验结果验证了本文方法的正确性和实际应用的有效性。
In this paper, a three dimensional reconstruction system using coded structured light is presented. The mathematical model based on the principle of optical triangulation is established. By using the method of camera calibration, a 3 - D measurement system is established. Finally, some typical samples are taken as examples and the reconstruction and measurement of their surfaces are carried out. The practical experiment verifies the feasibility and availability of this structured light 3 - D measurement system
