摘要
目的探讨金沉积内冠烤瓷桥的适应证、制作方法以及临床修复效果。方法第一部分：分别用五种方法制金沉积烤瓷桥共15件,记录烤瓷桥的适应证、制作方法,与制作成功件数,确立金沉积内冠烤瓷桥制作成功方法；第二部分：选择修复成功的最佳方法进行临床效果观察：金沉积内冠与镍铬合金烤瓷桥架制作金沉积内冠烤瓷桥55件,检查烤瓷桥基牙冠的边缘密合度与颜色和烤瓷桥桥体的颜色,复查金沉积内冠烤瓷桥的折裂、折断情况,观察时间1～3年。结果确立了金沉积内冠烤瓷桥的制作的最佳方法,并用此方法制作的金沉积烤瓷桥在边缘密合度与颜色方面均有良好的效果,在1～3年内,仅有一例基牙为活髓的后牙桥修复1年后崩瓷,其余54件金沉积内冠烤瓷桥均无崩瓷、折裂与折断。结论金沉积内冠烤瓷桥有严格的适应证、制作方法,有良好的边缘密合度和临床美学效果及抗折强度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To make sure the method of making auro - galvano - form ceramic bridges and to evaluate the effects of auro - galvano - form ceramic bridges on clinic. Methods The auro - galvano - form ceramic of bridge was made in five kinds of method respectively. To make sure which method was best. The 55 piece of auto - galvano - form ceramic bridge were made in the best method for 51 patients. The color and fitness and fracture of auto - galvano - form ceramic bridges were checked in clinic in one for three years. Results The results showed the that best method was that the auto - galvano - form ceramic bridges was made of auro - galvano - form crown and Ni - Cr alloy brigde frame. The auto - galvano - form ceramic brigdes was exeelent in color and fitness in clinic. The consume of gold alloy was small for a auro - galvano - form ceramic brigde. Only one of 55 piece auto - galvano - form ceramic brigdes was found out fracture after using one year. Conclusion The effects of auro - galvano - form ceramic brigdes were perfect on color and fitness and fracture. It has strict indications and method of manufaetrue. It can be used in clinic.
