摘要
变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)与鼻窦炎常同时存在,且前者作为后者的危险因素已经引起了重视。AR发病过程中,辅助性T细胞、肥大细胞、嗜酸粒细胞、纤毛功能障碍和机体防御机制等对鼻窦炎的发生起了重要作用;治疗AR可以减轻鼻窦炎的症状。本文就AR与鼻窦炎的密切关系作一综述,期望能在临床实践中起指导作用。
It has been noted that allergic rhinitis（AR） and sinusitis often coexist. As a risk factor, AR has been attached importance to sinusitis. During the course of AR, help T cells, mast cell, eosinophil, disorders of ciliary motility and defense mechanism all have important effects on the occurrence of sinusitis. The treatment of AR can alleviate the symptoms of sinusitis. The close relationship between AR and sinusitis based on literature review are here analyzed and summarized so as to shed light on the clinical practice.
